Orders are processed and dispatched within 48 hours unless there are extraordinary circumstances where this time may be slightly longer or where this falls on a public holiday. Depending on the delivery destination, delivery via Korea Post will take between 30-40 business days due to delays affected by Covid-19 and delivery via FedEx will take between 2-5 days. Please note that these are delivery estimates provided by the delivery merchants.

Because Salt&Oil bath salts are 100% bespoke, we are unable to give returns, refunds, or exchanges at this moment.

There are no charges involved for customization. The whole idea is that we allow you to customize your bath salt to your heart’s content without spending lots of money to buy several pre-packed blends and trying to achieve your perfect blend.

We would recommend that you do not share these salts with other people as they are specifically designed for you. However, if you still feel like sharing it with your loved ones, please check the ingredient information and ensure that they will not cause any problems.
