We refer to the terms “members,” “users,” “pledgers,” and “clients” that are meaning to look  for (blending recipe) information, buying or pledging products, or seeking the opportunity to  team up with us as manufacturing distributors, agents in their region.  

WHEREAS, ‘SALT&OIL’ is engaged in the business of manufacturing ‘perfumed bath salt’,  linked e-commerce tools or platforms (including crowdfunding based), and technical  consulting advice for building regional bath salt manufacturing and sales under our  registered, patented technology.  

WHEREAS, Client or Users wishes to purchase the products, to license a patented  technology to retain as an independent end-users the products or Service described herein;  

Salt&Oil. Co operates the website (www.saltnoil.com) located in South Korea.  By visiting our site and/or pledging by crowdfunding platforms, purchasing the products for  us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions  (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including additional terms and conditions and policies  referenced herein and/or add later by our notice.  

The terms of Service apply to all users visiting the site, including customers, pledgers,  buyers, vendors, and contributors of content. By accessing or using any part of the site, you  agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.  

If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, you may not access the  website or possibly use it under limitations.  

Any new features or services added to the current website also shall be subject to the Terms  of Service. You can review the latest version of the Terms of Service at any time on the page.  We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by  posting updates and/or changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check it regularly  for updated changes. We consider your repetitive use of or access to the website following the  posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.  

Our site serves as an online blending analyzer and recipe generator primarily for the users/ visitors through crowdfunding platforms and/or online stores hosted on Shopify Inc.  These platforms provide us with an online e-commerce platform to open campaigns or sell  your products and services.  

SECTION 1 ACCESS WEBSITE AND USE  

Anyone can access ‘saltnoil.com‘!  

However, to save your own blending recipe after using our inquiry service and/or making  your confirmation of pleading as a backer through third-party crowd platforms, you will need  to register as a member by signing up and creating an account.  

For this purpose, you must be at least 18 years of age, and if higher, your age must be legally  recognized as an adult in your region/country.

For your reference, we try to make saltnoil.com available at all times, 24hours/7days, but, of  course, we cannot guarantee this.  

SECTION 2 MEMBERSHIP 

You can sign up and create your account on the Sign Up page.

You can also create an account with ‘saltnoil.com‘ or sign by linked third parties accounts  such as google (incl. youtube account), Facebook account using the ‘continue with our  supported digital SMS integration’ on the Sign Up page.  

Whether using the standard registration process or registering using google or Facebook, you  will be requested to confirm your acceptance of these Terms.  

Please ensure that all the information you provide when you register with ‘saltnoil.com‘ is  true, accurate, current, and complete.  

If you change any registered details (i.e., email address, postal address, mobile telephone  number), you must update your account.  

To help us maintain the security of saltnoil.com, you, and any person with whom you share  your log-in details, must keep your log-in information confidential!  

Please do not share your log-in details with any person you do not know, trust, or are not  involved in you.  

If you have, or we suspect, reason to believe that you have breached or will breach these  Terms, we may terminate or suspend your registration and/or access to our site and/or to any  content made available on ‘saltnoil.com‘.  

You may request deletion of your account at any time as long as you do not have any activity  on our site. Please email us to request the deletion of your account.  

We reserve the right to delete your account at any time.  

SECTION 3 PATENT, REGISTERED TRADEMARK  

We inform you that our unique extraction method, apparatus to blend recipe, and trademark  ‘Salt&Oil” are protected intellectual properties and technologies under patent-pending,  registered trademark.  

You may not use our technical products, services in the way of any illegal or unauthorized  purpose, and may violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to  patent laws) in the use of the Service. In the case of a breach, such as any technical theft  trial, leakage, or unauthorized usage or manufacturing, we notice it assumed as a breach of  Terms of Service; it may result in an immediate termination of your Services.

SECTION 4 ONLINE INQUIRY (BLENDING RECIPE) SERVICE  

You can use, experience our patent-pending technologies named ‘automated analyzer and  generator of natural essential oils making 100% bespoke (bath salt) blending recipe.  It may request your personal information (birth date and/or underlying health signs); you may  extract blending recipes with anonymity.  

It is open for anyone without logging or creating an account if you’re saving your recipe.

SECTION 5 PRODUCTS  

All our products are made pre-order-based after your confirmation of extracting blending  recipes of yourself.  

Our products are primarily customized for each user individually and optimized for only  yourself. So that we recommend that only the user  

We have made every effort to display the colors and images of products on the website as  accurately as possible. But it can be expressed as different colors or inaccuracy when  receiving the products by your computer monitor’s resolution ratio.  

We reserve the right but are not obligated to limit the sales of our products or services to the  person, geographic region. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis.  We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer.  All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change anytime without notice,  at our sole discretion.  

We reserve the right to change the packaging design or subsidiary materials at any time  without notice.  

SECTION 6 OPTIONAL TOOLS; CROWDFUNDING PLATFORMS  

We may provide you with access to third-party tools(crowdfunding platforms) over which we  neither monitor nor have any control nor input.  

You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools (ruled by crowdfunding  platforms)” as is” and “as available” without any warranties, representations, or conditions of

any kind and any endorsement. We shall have no liability whatsoever arising from or relating  to your use of optional third-party tools.  

Any use by you of optional tools offered through the site is entirely at your own risk and  discretion, and you should ensure that you are familiar with and approve of the terms on  which tools are provided by the relevant third-party provider(s).  

We may also, in the future, offer new services and/or features through our website (including  the release of new e-commerce tools and/or resources).  

Such new features and/or services shall also be subject to these Terms of Service. 

SECTION 7 THIRD-PARTY LINKS, CROWDFUNDING PLATFORMS 

Third-party links (crowdfunding platforms or other e-commerce platforms) on this site may  direct you to third-party websites that are not affiliated with us. We are responsible for the  content or products loaded on third-party links(crowdfunding platforms), but we do not warrant  and will not have any liability or responsibility by any other materials, products, or services  of other third parties.  

We are not liable for any harm or damages related to the purchase or use of goods, services,  resources, content, or any other transactions made with any third-party websites without our  consent or permission.  

Please review those third-party policies and practices carefully and make sure you understand  them before engaging in any transaction. Complaints, claims, concerns, or questions  regarding third-party products should be directed to the third party.  

SECTION 8 PAYMENTS  

We follow the rules and policies of third-party payment under each crowdfunding platform  and accept ‘Paypal’ through third-party e-commerce platforms.  

(i.e) Kickstarter uses a payment processor, Stripe Inc, to process pledges for the project and  transfer pledges (minus fees) for us. Any personal information you provide to Stripe will be  processed under its privacy policies and not ours.

Please see the Privacy Policy of third parties (crowdfunding platforms) for further details  regarding our personal information and the third-party service providers that we use.  

SECTION 9. MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE AND PRICES 

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.  

We reserve the right to modify or change the Service (or any part or content) without notice at  any time.  

SECTION 10 SHIPMENT & DELIVERY  

Our nominated shipment delivery carrier for our products are subject to change without  notice. We reserve the right to modify or change the third party’s carrier service without  notice at any time.  

We shall not be liable to you for any service modification, price change, suspension, or delay  of the Service by the carriers.  

SECTION 11 RETURN, REFUND, AND EXCHANGE  

Due to a 100% personalized, customized bath salt ‘ONLY FOR YOU!’, we do not offer  refunds, returns, or exchanges on items backed by crowdfunding platforms like Kickstarter  and Indiegogo or our crowdfunding program.  

We intend to make a special place of experiencing ‘100% your own bath salt’ by  crowdfunding platforms, not by traditional sales route.  

The rewards you receive from a campaign are not commercial products before selling them  on the retail market later with notice.  

SECTION 12 PLEDGE OF OUR PRODUCTS 

You can contribute to us by pledge campaigns on crowdfunding platforms.  Please refer to third parties Terms  & Services  

SECTION 13 CAMPAIGN 

We can create and post a campaign for your pledge through seasonal and regional programs  hosted by crowdfunding platforms or services.  

You can access the running webpage by our notice or updated campaign through crowd  platforms. Our campaign will be presented with two pledged funding options as follows;    

• ‘All Or Nothing’: We can set these options and create a campaign by crowdfunding  platforms. Our campaign does not reach targeted fundraising goals; all your pledges  and add-ons will be returned to the backers.  
• ‘Monthly Campaign’: It keeps a campaign to gather pledges of a specific month in  the future regardless of whether the goal has been reached.  
• But at a minimum fundraising volume may be set in a case.  

SECTION 14 REWARDS 

We reserve the right to modify or change the rewards we can offer (or any part or content  thereof) without notice at any time.  

We can choose whether or not to limit the number of Rewards for each pledge amount.  

SECTION 15 CANCELLING OF PLEDGE & REFUND 

We may cancel a pledge (and any tip) on the live campaign before the end of the funding  period for the project, whether it has reached its funding goal or not.  

If our running project is not deemed funded by the end of the period and under the All Or  Nothing funding option, our campaign will automatically cancel.  

SECTION 16 USER COMMENTS, FEEDBACK  

If, at our request, you send certain specific submissions (for example, inquiry of campaign  contest) or send creative ideas, suggestions, proposals, plans, or other questions by email.  You agree that we may, at any time, without restriction, edit, copy, publish, distribute,  translate, and otherwise use in any medium any comments that you forward to us.  We are and shall be under no obligation:  

1. To maintain any comments in confidence  
2. To pay compensation for any comments 
3. To respond to any comments  

We may, but have no obligation to, monitor, edit or remove content that we determine in our  sole discretion are unlawful, offensive, threatening, libelous, defamatory, pornographic,  obscene, or otherwise objectionable or violates any party’s intellectual property or these  Terms of Service.  

SECTION 17 PERSONAL INFORMATION 

Our Privacy Policy governs your submission of personal information through our site. 

SECTION 18 ERRORS, INACCURACIES, AND OMISSIONS 

In case there may be information on our site or in the Service that contains typographical  errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions,  offers, product shipping charges, transit times, and availability.  

We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, and to change or update  information or cancel orders if any information in the Service or on any related campaign is  inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including live campaign after launching).  

We undertake no obligation to update, amend or clarify information in the Service or on any  related website, including, without limitation, pricing information, except as required by law.  No specified update or refresh date applied in the Service or on any related website should be  taken to indicate that all information in the Service or on any related website has been  modified or updated.  

SECTION 19 PROHIBITED USES 

Other prohibitions as outlined in ‘Terms of Service, you are prohibited using the site or  content:  

1. for any unlawful purpose  
2. to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts  
3. to violate any international, national, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or  local ordinances  
4. to infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property  rights of others

The obligations and liabilities of the parties incurred before the termination date shall survive  the termination of this agreement for all purposes.  

These Terms of Service are effective unless and until terminated by either you or us. You may  terminate these Terms of Service at any time by notifying us that you no longer wish to use  our Services or when you cease using our site.  

If in our sole judgment you fail, or we suspect that you have been unable, to comply with any  term or provision of these Terms of Service, we also may terminate this agreement at any  time without notice, and you will remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the  date of termination; and/or accordingly may deny you access to our Services (or any part  thereof).  

SECTION 23 ENTIRE AGREEMENT 

The failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Service shall not  constitute a waiver of such right or provision.  

These Terms of Service and any policies or operating rules posted by us on this site or in  respect to The Service constitutes the entire agreement and understanding between you and  us and govern your use of the Service, superseding any prior or contemporaneous  agreements, communications, and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and us  (including, but not limited to, any previous versions of the Terms of Service).  Any ambiguities in the interpretation of these Terms of Service shall not be construed against  the drafting party.  

SECTION 24 GOVERNING LAW 

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall  be governed by the commercial law of Korea(Republic of) and construed by the civil laws of  Seoul Central District Court (157 Seocho- Joongang, Seocho-Gu, Seoul. Korea).
